Returns and Exchanges
At Horusy™, we strive to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible to avoid any surprises when receiving them. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders on our website. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at contact@horusy.com.
Since most in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is important that you contact us within this time frame to attempt to cancel the order before it is processed and/or shipped. Cancellation requests cannot be accepted if the order has already been processed.
Address Errors
It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided address is correct and to notify us of any changes as soon as possible. This change can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (unavailable addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). In such cases, these packages may be returned to the sender, but not always.
If your order is returned to the sender, we offer you a refund of the order amount minus the shipping costs or a reshipment, according to your preference. You are only entitled to a reshipment or a refund if the package is returned to the sender.
Delivery
The delivery time is 10 to 15 days.
Return Policy
We accept returns* for any reason! If you are not satisfied or simply change your mind, our return period is 14 days from the date you received the products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply complete the return form. Sign it and send it along with the package to the address we will provide when you contact our support team.
